What's the difference between the "Original" tap technique and the "New" technique? The content is the same - the soundtrack is different.

The Orginal Tap Technique offers a piano-only soundtrack. Mr. Gilbert worked with his pianist to ensure that the pattern of each music track matched the pattern of each tap step. (Cover art is orange - scroll down)

In his technique's "New" version, he hired a music producer to offer a more current musical energy. The New Technique offers a fully produced soundtrack like a pop-song vibe. He also enhanced and expanded most grade levels, including more exercises to fill in what he thought were "gaps" to offer an even more complete tap syllabus. (Cover art is brown)
